To reduce CO2 emissions from distribution and transport, we are reviewing our methods of product transport and promoting modal shift from truck to railway transport. We have also obtained the Eco Rail Mark company certification issued by the Railway Freight Association, which recognizes companies that meet usage criteria for railway freight transport.

Carbon dioxide emissions per unit of rail freight transport are about one sixth the emissions from truck transport. The shift from truck to rail freight transport greatly contributes to the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, making this shift highly significant in protecting the global environment.
